You know the value of a well-prepared fund-raising meeting --- whether you are responsible for the production of the meeting’s reference material or if you are simply a participant. A concise and to-the-point agenda is always the first order of any successful meeting’s preparation, and following directly behind, we all want and appreciate relevant and instructive support exhibit “hand-outs.”

During nearly 35 years as a fund-raising professional I have developed countless meeting hand-outs which were accompaniments to every type of fund-raising gathering. I have selected and updated nearly 100 of them, and have posted them on my website. With but a few exceptions, all are one-page documents. All are standard letter-size.
