Do you have a Fund-Raising Plan?
Is there a detailed and comprehensive plan for your fund-raising campaign? Whether you are seeking contributions for your annual operations, endowment fund, capital improvements, or to fund special programs and projects, those singular efforts must be made up of a number of key elements before you even start. Any and all of those campaigns must be in your general development plan. In turn, that general plan should be the result of your organization's needs as determined by your long-range/strategic plan.

You can retain Tony Poderis to visit your organization, and in the course of one or two days of consultations with your key staff and volunteer leadership, he will fully review and assess your fund development plan, and/or help you produce a new plan.

How to develop a plan?
If a plan hasn't been developed yet, Tony will work with you to suggest and to outline new initiatives and to assess and reinforce what you have been doing. He will help you establish time-lines and assign responsibilities in order to meet and even exceed your goal!

Evaluations and Assessments
After meeting with your staff and/or volunteers, Tony will prepare a thorough analysis and assessment of your current or proposed plans, along with making his recommendations to help you maximize your efforts and resources.

It's a Great Day to Fund-Raise!
